You mean Jay-Z and Beyonce on the island... they just bought about 360 acres for only $3million. I think Geffens and Gates are on their yachts. Pretty sure Gates' is actually submersible as well.Turns out Gates might not have bought that one.. the internet lied! First time for everything.

It is less a matter of hierarchy and more a matter of incentives. Supply and demand.
