Can't remember where we were talking about that, but I think I have a solution...

Build the pipeline, but use it so we can sell water to Alberta when they run out.

I'm not worried, the melting glaciers will supply us with plenty of artisanal drinking water.

And when it leaves a dilbit aftertaste they can't complain.

Wow.  Looking at that map makes me wonder if Americans are going to be the next migrant crisis.

It's hilarious that Alberta wants to subsidize this pipeline.

I guess those affected people on the map had better get their shit together then. More likely they'll do nothing, then our government will ask us to help bail them out.

“Mr. Morneau appears more concerned about indemnifying a foreign corporation against risk to its investors than indemnifying British Columbia against the risk to our coast, to our environment, to tens of thousands of jobs and millions of dollars of economic activity in B.C.,” Heyman said.“I think it’s inappropriate,” he said. “We’ll leave it to other Canadians to voice their concern about that expenditure of taxpayer money.”

We're not even waiting for TPP now.  Just handing taxpayer money to foreign corporations if they feel profits aren't realized.
