On a 3 week vacation to Vancouver Island and Air Canada lost my bike. Any advice on how to navigate their poor customer service and actually get them to find my bike (Specialized S-works Epic)? It's been 72 hours and have heard nothing. I have an Xterra in two weeks and really want to train. So frustrated.

I'd send some notes to the local media. A lot of shit has been brought to light only after people went to the media and now that there is blood in the water I suspect a few would love to hear how Air Canada lost a $10,000 bike and doesn't give a shit.
