Affordable housing in Victoria

My friend and his lady are moving to Victoria and are looking or a place. they've looked on usedvic, but was wondering if you guys knew of anything? Here is the Crit

Under 900
Close to Camosun and downtown (he's going to a film school down there somewhere)
Appt or Suite
Bach. or 1bdrm
not looking for roommates(besides tenant in suite scenario)
if 900 utilities included.

Just because I like boys doesn't mean I want to go out with Mike.

craigslist and used vic are the best places I know of to find rental housing.
I guess you mean the lansdowne campus too…

Some friends of mine have pretty much the same criteria and chose an apartment at Hillside [HTML_REMOVED] Graham. There are a few different buildings there.

lots of apartments in that area ^^ it seems to be pretty popular. Just look on craigslist and usedvictoria and you should find loads of places.

yeah had a friend just move outta an apartment there not too bad of an area. his floor smelled HORRIBLE thanks to the lady next door, but I'll tell my friend to look into it. Thanks!

They might also want to check the off campus housing links from the UVIC and Camosun websites, sometimes there's good stuff on there and you don't need to be a student to use them.
