$400 more than last year.

I hope that money goes to the NSMBA...

Or maybe toward legal fees to fight pointless court battles with that crazy dude that ran for mayor or council or whatever and got like 10 votes.

Sometimes my tacos liaise with good pop up ads, perhaps we could concise fix the forum so that useful is good for users not spambots.

Can someone explain how a property that had “SOLD” signs peppered on its front lawn this summer not have a listed sale history in the past three calendar years as per BC Assessment site?

Could be the property is owned by a holding company and is being "flipped" to new owners of the company for possible money laundering purposes or just some shady realtor looking to bump up their profile in the area in a ploy to garner new listings. There's been a lot of shady shit going in the R/E industry over the past decade.

Perhaps they sold it after Aug 1?

^It could’ve been. Actually likely that was the case. Didn’t realize there was a split in the reporting year. Thought there was just a time delay before reporting online.
