Could be the property is owned by a holding company and is being "flipped" to new owners of the company for possible money laundering purposes or just some shady realtor looking to bump up their profile in the area in a ploy to garner new listings. There's been a lot of shady shit going in the R/E industry over the past decade.

^It could’ve been. Actually likely that was the case. Didn’t realize there was a split in the reporting year. Thought there was just a time delay before reporting online.
