That and stupid shit like taking Ricciardo's wing off with a handful of laps to go. He had a real chance to tighten the screws and put Hamilton under pressure.

I love nothing more than seeing Hamilton battling in the pack.

Yup, hulkenburg must have crapped himself

Reminded me of 1999 when Schumi broke his leg at Silverstone.

A Ferrari-Red Bull front row? Has the world been turned upside down?

Looks like Red Bull [HTML_REMOVED] Toro-Rosso may be Ferrari powered for the next 2 years until an Audi engine is developed.

Rosberg is the new Webber. Doing the least with the best equipment. That being said, it's a sure thing that Hamilton is getting all the best parts just like Vettel did back in the day. If Red Bull decides to make good on their threat [HTML_REMOVED] pull out of F1, teams may go to 3 cars each. I don't think it will happen.

Any up and coming Canadians with a chance of making F1? It would be nice to cheer on a local again.

Wrong. Always.

Or Shumacher with tires during his glory days, etc.

Been following F1 since Nico's dad was racing, and imo, Rosbergs' late season dominance has been the seasons bright spot.
BTW, I've read Lewis is intending on spending some time this winter in BC skiing . . .
edit : when he's not smashing his Zonda into parked cars lol, I couldn't resist.

Yes, Nico has definitely picked it up in the last part of the season. Perhaps a preview of next year. Seb had a good race; starting from 15th and ending up 4th.

I am guessing you are referring to Schumi getting special tires during his reign?

And engines for Senna from Honda with "for Ayrton" on them…

Sooooooo stoked to see the comparison between Jacques Villeneuve and Lewis (on the singing front….) might also want to throw in Kyle Petty who tried to sing as well.

also: if you've ever had the pleasure (displeasure?) of monitoring a driver's radio during a race, they all sound like they are on the edge of a tantrum…Kyle Busch and Michael Andretti come to mind immediately

As much as I dislike him, I think Hamilton has genuine talent. He is still a punk though, with zero class. As for Villeneuve, he is the same as Damon Hill. Average driver in a very good car who was in the right place at the right time. One good season managing a car to a title and then nothing. (Hill won the title in 1996, then was dropped by Williams.)

Piquet and Mansell were also let go by Williams after winning the World Championship.

Hill was hardly average. He beat Prost (and everyone else) on a few occasions in 93 and he would have beat Schumacher in 94 if the cheat hadn't rammed him. He also nearly won a race in that crappy Arrows too.

Unrelated to F1 but watch this potato quality video and look how obscenely easy he's throwing this Merc around compared to journo's like Needell and Harris.

Mansell; 31 wins [HTML_REMOVED] 1 title. Piquet; 23 wins [HTML_REMOVED] 3 titles. Both superior to Hill; 22 wins [HTML_REMOVED] 1 title. Piquet moving to Lotus after 1987 had more to do with him being pissed at Williams than them dropping him. He felt they didn't live up to some promises that were made. I still believe Hill was an average F1 driver. Of course they are all good. You have to be, to get to that level.
