Im pretty certain Burke was having a bit of fun. He's pretty good at saying things to provoke a response… again, it worked.

Gillis is about as interesting as a mayonnaise sandwich. Its no surprise that he didnt have anything to add to the conversation.

Its just top 3 in each division get in, then the two best records get the 7 and 8 slots.

For the playoffs, I think 1 in each division plays the wild cards (i.e. best record of the 1s, plays worst wildcard team). Then I think 2 and 3 cross over (i.e. 2 in one division plays 3 in the other).

Its been a while since I read the description. I could have the details wrong.

the only thing saving the canucls right now is that all the teams below them are equally as bad or worse. if they make it in to the playoffs playing like this it might be another 4 and out.
