One goal in three games? Sounds a lot like a John Tortorella coached team.

Edmonton Oilers

Better to be a Flames or Oilers fan right now. At least they suck so bad they don't give their fans False Hope.

The prblem starts at the top with Gillis, the most elusive GM in hockey…
He hides, cause he's got nothing happening and therefore nothing to talk about.

No playoff's this year unless the GM can prove me wrong and make some trades that actually help.

I think it really is time to start making some big moves.
I really cant see any way that they'd make it past the first round right now, especially when there is a pretty good chance to get Anaheim or Chicago in the first round.

I don't see much chance of a big name trade this year, but he might prove me wrong. I still think we will make the playoffs however. The Canucks have one of the easiest schedules down the stretch.

That's a bad thing. Canucks have a history of playing down to the level of their opposition.

You guys will make a wildcard spot. I don't see Phoenix or Dallas getting it together to catch you, especially w/ your schedule. Maybe Nashville if Rinne comes back, but still.

and if they try to play "tough" with Calgary, McGratten and Westgarth will likely stifle that pretty quick.

I'm not so sure about that, Sestito can handle those guys and actually has an upside to his game too.

I think he'll have his hands full with either one of them. Not to mention recent history seems to make me believe they'll toss him out of the game for as much as farting in the faceoff circle these days.
