Its getting interesting. Froome got his ass handed to him, for the first time in memory, on today's 15th stage in the Pyrenees mountains by Quintana. He lost 2 1/2 minutes on Quintana, the leader today. Was debating with someone today on the Whistler gondola whether Froome's drugs weren't working or if Quintana has a new pharmacist.

I watched stage 14 yesterday. Froome was able to contain all the attacks, but it looked like he was burning a lot of matches to do it. It has been good to see a bit more of a competition than happened in the Tour.

Yates' ride yesterday was fantastic.

Nice win for OBE rider today. This team has really upped their game last couple of years, really making a mark on these grand tours. Two riders in the top 5 GC, too.

Also, backstage pass ftw.

I was thinking the other day that OBE has kind of taken the spot that used to be held by Cannondale/Garmin/Slipstream. Not a powerhouse team, but able to score some good wins, and with enthusiastic fans. The Argyle Army isn't what it used to be.

So, apparently the TT is NOT one of Quintana's strengths …

Bit of a re-org in the top 10 today.

Nario knew he'd drop time in the TT, if you've been following he's said all along he needed 3+ minutes going into the TT to have a fight for the overall win.

It's going to be fireworks tomorrow. A bunch of climbs with a big mountain top finish. Hopefully Chaves can break Contador on the climb and gain back his 3rd spot.

Good call on Chavez.

Great team effort by OBE to bring back that 3rd podium spot.

If you watched the Backstage Pass is was interesting to see them use Yates to mess with Tinkoff by doing small attacks to hamper their pace and aid in the crack.
