eh growing old is inevitable. just don't act old :)
One of the guys in the roadie club is 73 or 74 and bangs off a century ride no problem. He doesn't ride with the fast group but has no problem hanging with the intermediate group. He had to upgrade to index shifting a few years ago when someone stole his old bike (POS). His new bike (also a POS) is at least 15 years old. Doesn't hold him back at all. :)
