Does anyone know if Shaw will be broadcasting it this year? Last year it was on Versus, but I don't think Shaw carries that channel anymore.

:eek:Holy fack. Armstrong was the fastest GC contender today. Even if it was only the Prologue, that was probably his best TT since his comeback.

I think this year will be less about two guys on one team vying for the GC, and we'll see some good team battles.. RadioShack, Astana, Saxobank and maybe even Sky…

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

No OLN for me, unfortunately. I'll be digging through the internet instead.

If you don't mind watching after the stages have ended, check out cyclingtorrents.nl. It's free, but they expect you to seed at least half as much as you download.

So can some one explain the jest of what the whole pelaton did by not sprinting in today? was that a form of protest from the racers about the course? I heard some of them complaining/comenting on it. This has been one carnagefest for crashes. Bikes and bodies were hitting the floor like crazy!!

Yeah I read on cyclingnews that it was a protest against the sketchy course. The TV coverage showed cancellara informing Prudhomme on the the run in to the finish.

Just wait until tomorrow. There will be massive carnage tomorrow on the cobblestones. Not crashes necessarily, but big time gaps as teams like Radio Shack holeshot the cobbles. Look for a couple of GC contenders to lose their chances at a high GC placing tomorrow.

Fingerbang might be OK, Evans and Armstrong should be good, but Sastre could fall by the wayside tomorrow. Tons of people crashed today and anyone with serious bruising tomorrow is going to suffer big time.

Sastre is going to be dead last.
