Yes I know what it is I have one on my Reynolds frame but need one for another are they still current or do I gotta' scrounge at OCB's for one.

Plastic ones used to be available as well. That one looks like fancy titanium, suitable for a Vitus. Should be able to find, if not, see the 3D printing thread.
