So, the top North American-based Pro rider is currently Regina SK's Rob Britton after he finished 10th overall in the GC for Tour of California (trains out of Victoria, BC I gather). He is team mates with the current Canadian U23 TT champion, Kris Dahl.

Yeah, would be great. The downside these days of being a fan of a rider undergoing a meteoric rise is holding your breath that test results don't come back positive :(
