Didnt there used to be a fine against using any color but black shorts in the TDF for resaons of the shorts looking bad from dirt ?

obviously there are other reasons

haha, Italian would make sense; just look at their football (soccer) jerseys. But I think they are Polish :poland:

You guys are missing the point. Female roadies have permission to wear any colour shorts that they see fit. Especially white.
