can i enter? haha im thinkin of doing tour de delta circuit before i go to saltspring island for the week.. then tour de white rock and Gas town. anyone know how to enter?

ive seen my friends eneter the tour de delta. only the circit has amature class.

45$ for 3/4 Class 30min circuit plus 1 lap… dunno what it means the pro men class 1/2 is 54k plus 60laps at 0.9k a lap.
