The CNV have nailed it huge. Props to them.
Bosa had to pay for half of the costs of the southbound lane under the highway but somehow not northbound. So obviously the northbound part wasn't done 😒Â
I assume the district is waiting for the next big development (when Safeway comes down?) to pay for the remainder of William to Mtn Hwy.
