Ah, I took my canbike level 2 course, it's pretty crazy.

It's not the same course, but they teach you everything you need to know about traffic riding, then you go riding around downtown on the streets! Actually quite helpful, but freaks the crap out of you at the time…

nothing you can't learn on a friday night urban sess with the crew. lol, i remember methods and i pulling sick speed mannies down robson on a friday night in traffic and between cars. booya.
