Are you going to any of the events? What will be the premier event?
Racing or spectator?
Who are the riders to look-out for?

I went down and watched Gastown last year it was fun. Probably won't be able to make it down there this year though.

Racing Landner this weekend, UBC Tuesday, Hill Climb Fri and Whiterock Sat.

Maybe next year will be fast enough to get into the Cat 2 races which means all of them except the Delta Road Race.

Will be watching gastown for sure.

I always watch Gastown, and watched UBC last year.

I brought the kid last year (age 3) and it made a huge impression on him: We watched Svein Tuft kill it at UBC, and now Tuft's in the TDF (his team won the team-time-trial last week).

(Oh yeah, and they have a bouncy castle.)

I watched the Giro di Burnaby last year. It was interesting to see the group when they really start flying down Hastings.

Meier and Bell put on a good show at Gastown last night with some massive individual efforts.

Gastown Grand Prix was awesome. Well organized event with lots of great views of the course/racers. Bell was a monster leading the pack right up until the last 3 laps. Anyone going to Burnaby tonight? I have to miss it :(

Great race last night! Soooo good to see so many people out watching. I can only imagine the feeling of that many laps on the monster straight into the finish. Bell, Mier and Andreson put on a quite a how.

Will miss tonight but will be back racing tomorrow in the Hill Climb and the Crit on Sat.

i went to UBC and Gastown. Both were awesome. Gastown was a better 'spectator experience' (crowds etc) but UBC you could stand wherever you want and be right at the fence. Gastown was awesome when bell lead with about 5 laps left, with the entire Optum team chomping at his heels like a pack of wolves. (I was hoping he would hold 'em off and hang in for the win, but I knew that wasn't going to happen.-They crushed him and he finished 60th.)

Last night the Germans were motoring.
