What happened to "Ride don't slide." Did I miss a memo?

"The song of a bird…We used to ask Ennesson to do bird calls. He could do them. How he could do them, and when he perished, along with him went all those birds…"-Return from the Stars, Stanislaw Lem

now i know what i'm going to be racing the nimby 50 on.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Cyclocross!

On quite a few occasions I have met a few older gents in the local woods, me on my ht, them on cyclocross bikes…..totally shredding. Their technique and skillset is sublime, and quite fun to watch. Dedication, dtermination and a completely rigid bike with a rider for whom flow has a quite different meaning than for me.

Absolutely, just a bit older than Ashton and Akrigg. And a little belly.

The sick thing is experience, and as most of us know it does not depend on the bike but on the skills of the rider. Reminds me of another thread.
