Cyclocross!
On quite a few occasions I have met a few older gents in the local woods, me on my ht, them on cyclocross bikes…..totally shredding. Their technique and skillset is sublime, and quite fun to watch. Dedication, dtermination and a completely rigid bike with a rider for whom flow has a quite different meaning than for me.

Absolutely, just a bit older than Ashton and Akrigg. And a little belly.
The sick thing is experience, and as most of us know it does not depend on the bike but on the skills of the rider. Reminds me of another thread.
