Penny has the Fox 36 TALAS on a couple of her bikes. It's an air fork so it is easy to tune for her weight (no need to get lighter springs). So far she is really happy with them. They probably need to go to James for some maintenance one of these days but so far there have been no problems.
FR forks for female riders?
Thanks everyone for the advice. In the end we bought a used 2007 66 ATA to see if that works for her.
I would have liked to get a Talas 36 as we have 3 Talas 32s and they've been great but there is a huge price premium for Fox. Maybe upgrade when the $$$ aren't all going to school.
