Just a reminder to all those interested in attending the Abby Indoor BMX/Muddbunnies Riding Women's Only Clinic, ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE IN BY THE END OF THE MONTH!!!

And for those who haven't yet heard here are the details:

Attention all BMX/MTB Female Riders:

Muddbunnies Riding Inc. in partnership with Abbotsford BMX is pleased to announce the first women's-only riding clinic of 2007.

Where: Abbotsford BMX Indoor track
When: Sunday, February 4th, 930am - 330pm
Cost: $50 ( includes 4hours of instruction, insurance, lunch and a free clinic shirt )
Coaches: Ken Cools (Pro BMX Rider www.campcools.com), Samantha Cools (Pro BMX Rider) Denise Britton (20052006 UCI World Masters Champion and past coach of Sugoi Dirt Series) , assistant coach Cheryl Beattie (the one the only from the Bicycle Cafe in Kamloops).
Riding Ability: Beginner to Advanced
Bikes: Hardtails and Dual-suspension bikes welcome
Clinic Deposit: $25 (balance to be paid day of clinic)
Payment Deadline: January 29, 2007
Proceeds: All proceeds will go to Muddbunnies Riding Club and Abbotsford BMX

*Michelle and I have previously taken a riding clinic through Abbotsford BMX and we're thrilled to be a part of this one. The coaches were fantastic and the track was so much fun to ride. If you're thinking of racing this year or next, learning a pumptrack is a great way to train. And the price is unbelievable!!! *

Vancouver is full of female students from Japan, Korea and China in their 20's.

It's awesome because:
1. They're already rich so they don't care if you have money or not.

2. They're on the road so they're much sluttier than they are at home.

3. They usually go back home after six months or so.

In China most of the girls are traditional so if you're gonna fuck em' you better marry 'em. If all you want to do sleep with asian girls Vancouver is the place to be.

cheryl - loved the handshakes! :lol: can't wait to share those.

and major props to ryan and michelle :clap: what an absolutely fabulous day…apart from the power being out and riding in the dark at the start :P it was totally fun and i learned an absolute TON. soooo tired right now but just totally stoked. the best part was riding indoors while it was raining buckets outside.

ken cools, samantha cools and nick goertzen (sp?) were awesome coaches. if the muddbunnies do this again in the summer i'm totally in.
