So goals for next year? Ride more alpine and ride trails on my "to do" list.
New bike builds? Keeping fingers crossed this will happen in 2012.
Training in winter? Spinning, weights and sports other than biking e.g. volleyball, snowshoeing

More brapp on the shoulder season(fall and Spring) hubby has promised grip warmers for the moto, so hopefull that will extend the season for me.

If only they had them for the mtn bike, silly raynauds/numb fingers.

I got my new rig this summer and am still dialing it all in. Hopefully by spring it will feel like a favorite sweater.

I want to keep riding as much as possible. Still building back my confidence after taking 9 months off last year. I'm all set up with Gore jacket, shorts, socks and gloves so I have no excuses! ;-)

I've still never gone night riding, so that may hve to change this season!

I'm going to train for another triathlon in March, so that means lots of running, swimming, road riding and gym work!! Woohoo!!!

Oh, and somewhere in there, I'm going to finish my damn thesis!!!

Well number one goals for me are always to just keep having fun and ride to ride another day :D

I’m going to keep working on my technical climbing and climbing fitness. Nice to see it improve over this past riding season.

More bike adventures and alpine rides of course.

Doing some orienteering to improve my navigational skills and get a better handle on my own gps.

Training will vary with the occasional bike ride, the gym, and touring, downhill and skate or XC skiing.

Nina, I’d be up for a triathlon but not in March. Let’s talk.

I have no filter …

My goal is to get in shape this winter!
Gym, Winter riding, skate skiing, running, riding the trainer….just get out and get moving.
My goal is to feel fit in the spring and try to ride more.
