I am buying a bike for next summer !! almost did this year- but I am heading to Africa for a few months instead. My bf has hooked my daughter up with a little 50 and it just wouldn't be right for her to have a bike and not me.

2004 Banshee scratch for sale 999 obo - great condition - choice of Z3 or rigid funn fork - single speed - 3 piece cranks - hardly used…. pm me for more details

Oh there is a ride planned? I went with Tera on Friday and we had a blast. I hate the freaking hill climbs though! I got the bike with the mx power, not the sweet hill climbing love.

So you were riding with Heath too? He's a mad man.

Anyway, Tera and I are planning a ride either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

What bike are you riding?

also it helps if you hit the bottom pinned in 6th, and by the top you'll prollly ber in second…lol..

I used to climb hills on my CR80 that big rednecks on YZ490s couldn't make…..but I hit the bottom at 60MPH hahhaha

ya i am definately finding the challenge of hitting stuff pinned and having to drop gears through the climb. I can handle some of the more wide open pit style climbs but once I get into the trees where I need to negotiate some rocks I am in deep trouble. I have been thrown onto my ass out of wheelies more then I can count now.

ok guys tip#1

you see mountain bikers typically are used to getting the weight back as soon as things get hairy,,,,mega mega DB nono…as soon as you get off balance backward you become a victim….remember you are holding on to the throttle……squeeze with your ankles and your legs…..thru bumps relax your legs and let the bike rock between your ankles( you can feel it thru your boots…you are wearing boots aren't you???) let the bike do the work, you can't fight a 200lb machine going 40mph…you can try and you will lose…lol.

especially you Cheryl with the weight centered and never sit if your 2 tired to stand, and your flailing off the back, stop and rest……your little bike is snappier than my 05 piped out YZ250…..why??? mostly wheelbase…..those little bikes are so easy to loop out.

Always centered if anything maybe a bit forward, chin over the cross bar…..ALWAYS FUCKIN PIN IT AND NEVER SIT DOWN!!!!!!!….( well obviously in the turns silly..)

never chop the throttle when you get scared….death.

hmmmmmm moto lessons….Mad March Racing and Pist-n-Broke offer moto package fall 2006…..Kamloops BC, be there or be square.
