Abbotsford Indoor womens 4X clinic

This tuesday NOV 30th women riders are invited out to a women's clinic on 4X racing.
The clinic is held indoors at Abbotsford Agrifair arena 32470 Haida drive in of course Abbotsford.

It's a good time to make the trek out to Abby and meet other women and enjoy the fun of a indoor track.
Lately the women racers have been growing and the classes slowly getting bigger.
Cost is only $12 practice this day starts at 4:30-7pm and then at 7 it gets into the clinic.
Tell your friends and think about coming out and being part of this a great way to get to know other girl riders.

Jan18/25/ feb8 /15th 2011.

who's teaching?

Micayla Gatto,
she is the three time indoor 4x season winner,
Crankworzs Dual Slalom Champ, World Cup top 20 in DH .
And as Sideshow knows a really nice fast women who gives back.

A note when 4X racing resumes in Jan that you will need your 2011 uci license or rockabilly license ,both will be available at the track.

Micayla is fantastic. Really knows her stuff.

I beat micayla out of the gate one time… when I was warmed up… and she was doing her first gate of the night… :S
