What food do you crave before/after training/riding?

Beer, pizza, BBQ, wings, pulled pork, ice cream, candy (Mike & Ikes especially), chocolate. 

You know... good stuff.

I find the trick is getting the right balance pre ride. If I eat more I inevitably suffer on the climb because I'm digesting but half an hour later I'm really glad for the extra calories. I don't carry a lot of body fat so when I run out of fuel I crash hard. I do love vanilla Clif Shots.

training I'm after pb and banana. 
riding is always beer and chips and sometimes other edibles.

I know they are not healthy but I crave for burgers, chips and pizza.
