Does walking with a 30lb child in a kid carrying backpack count?

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Pizza gut definitely counts. Bonus points that you can't just put it down and leave it at the gym. No, you have lug that bad boy around for awhile. It's amazing how much better my knees are after losing (most) of my pizza gut.
I walk my dog every morning, that's pretty sweet. I don't carry anything though, that sounds like more effort than it's worth.

Have an MRT coming up next tuesday, so no lunges for me at the moment. Guess I need surgery.

Depending on the intensity of the former, the volume of the latter is just a matter of, err, time.
