Very important for a woman to watch those levels and not just for athletics. As I have mentioned before Iron levels in the blood also effect a woman's mental health.
Keep in mind that if you need to supplement your Iron those pills are hard on your digestive tract. And for some can cause stomach issues and can effect other more fun forms of exercise. On a recommendation from Shirk found that. Floravit liquid version and that is no longer as much of an issue.
