These lists of superfoods depress me.

I keep checking them, and none of them include "melted nacho cheese".

Who are the jerks that make these lists anyway?

A riding buddy of mine basically lives on twizzlers and coca-cola. Guy climbs and descends infinitely better than me too. I gotta swap out the kale for watercress obviously!

thank you for posting this. I have been a chef close to 30 years and have seen many food "trends " over the years.
I am so sick of kale. It tastes like fresh cut grass crossed with printer ribbon. So many better tasting and better for you foods. I remember when the only thing kale (purple) was used for was lining platters on buffets etc..

Allegedly juicing raw MJ leaves is very good for you. Probably tastes a lot better than kale juice too.

I worked in a restaurant that had a buffet years ago, and it was lined with kale. It was washed and reused for days at a time and not intended to be eaten. I mean, who the hell would want to eat something that tastes that bad?

In my point of view, vegetables are the best foods that provide the most health benefit. The vitamins in vegetables prevent diseases and it helps to maintain good health. So, include more vegetables in your food.

just eat around the lettuce…it's nothing but useful nutrients!
