i've been thinking about it and could fit it in to my schedule as i'm at the gym 6 days a week. for the off day i could just do pistol squats at home. the drawback though is i've just gotten into the O-lifitng and would see fatigue being an issue trying to fit all that lifting in and riding the bike and working lots of hours. imo if you knew getting a good amount of sleep on a nightly basis wold not be a problem then it could be worth a try.
I can work it into the schedule. I think I will give it a go. Start small and then load it up.
From what I have read, it is a pyramid up, but staying short of failure. I will also have a couple at home days, but pistols or some other body weight exercise should cover it.
