if folks are really interested/paying attention to their health [HTML_REMOVED] by definition weight control shouldn't a thread just float to the top by itself?

potentially, but there's simply too many aspects of h[HTML_REMOVED]f for just one thread imo. keep things focused and you'll end up with better and more relevant content.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Na - these gigantic epic threads that span multiple conversations are terrible (but entertaining) for signal to noise ratio.

No harm in having a fitness subforum and seeing if there is interest in it.

There is interest in this stuff. Would be nice to have a subforum for this. If not stuff gets buried in NBR and then gets repeated about every 6 months.

Not sure if I could slim down further, but would like to increase flexibility and strength. Have the endurance thing fairly sorted, but could work on that more as well

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

Goal - rip it up on my first ever heli ski trip in January. Need some strong legs and 10 less pounds maybe.

I'm nearly 5'8" and just under 150 so I'm not going to loose a lot of weight but I am interested in increasing my penis length and girth with a vacuum pump so maybe I can join in with that?

Just grabbed 2 large pizzas and a slab of brownies tonight for dinner with a chocolate milk. Doing it the correct way!

PS If I get down to sub 140, you're all fucked

I'm in. I jumped on a scale a few weeks back (granted, this was in a store while fully clothed, normally I weigh in naked to stay consistent) and I was getting WAY too close to 1/8th of a ton. I haven't been [HTML_REMOVED]200lbs since high school, so that's what I'm aiming for.

That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.

I don't want to google this - sounds like a thing that NSMB will be better at.

Counseler does actulaly practise law in a defucnt boston pizza and actualy I did run/hike up there and it is knee deep at the chair

Postholing in knee deep snow is actualy good resistance training but IMO it would suck without poles
