I'm down with this. A big injury right in the middle of summer, stopping going to the gym as a result, and a lot of beer have me somewhere in the middle between my lifetime high of 194 last year and an adult low of 174 this year.
I'd like to get down below 180, and would like to get my body adjusted to running medium distances on trail (let's say 12-15 km, though it would be sweet to hit the 20 mark or more relevant to running, 21.1).
First step towards the running goal is going to be buying a new pair of shoes.
