Who here wants to lose some weight?
I need to; after a bad leg injury a year and a half ago and general laziness, I've put on close 30 lbs of unwanted weight. I went from skinny cyclist to fat and slow cyclist But I want to change this and I'm going to!
It's always funner and easier to do things as a group and I thought that perhaps an NSMB weight loss challenge could be a good thing.
All challenges need a winner and the winner will be whoever lost the most weight (duh), the prize is a case of beer and bragging rights as the first NSMB BIGGEST LOSER.
1 week to sign up, just say you're in and i'll update this post with a list of entrants.
Weekly weigh ins - post pic of your feet on a scale.
HONOUR SYSTEM: This is about becoming healthier and fitter - the prize and winning is symbolic of your achievement. So don't be lame and try to cheat.
I propose a challenge run time of November 27th 2013 to Jan 27th 2014 (2 months) , tough time to make changes due to holidays and parties, but this should help keep us on track and stay motivated. I've already started my efforts a couple weeks back, so i'm at a slight disadvantage for the challenge, but oh well.
so who's in! Let's do this! Just say you're in and i'll add you throughout the week to a list here.
Let's use NSMB as a tool to help each other out become our better selves.
