Grab a cedar log, put on shoulders. Walk down trail.
Repeat as necessary for posts and stringers. 8-12 reps is normal.
With friends carry a 20 ft cedar long down the trail. 1-2 reps.
Get bucket. Fill with rocks. Walk up trail.
Repeat until builder is happy with size and quantity of rocks. 40 to 50 reps
Get pry bar. The heavy, 6 ft long one is best.
Stand on bridge and remove rungs.
Repeat 30 to 40 times.
Pick up shovel. Pry through 3 inches of frozen dirt.
Grab old post from dirt. Walk up trail.
Repeat for all posts.
Dig holes. Put new posts in and remove until builder is happy.
13 to 14 reps will usually do the trick.
Put rocks in holes beside posts. Remove rocks.
Repeat until builder is happy. 10-15 reps should do it.

This is day 1 of the strength training program. Day two we will work on stamina with rung splitting and moving stringers until the builder is happy.

Like Rocky training in Siberia.

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.
