Been having a lot nut pain the last few weeks out of the blue. Had my nuts snipped back in 2004 dr said I had "something" he n there and to keep an eye on it.
When this pain and swelling started I'm like uh oh..
I got an emergency appointment at the ultrasound clinic last night.
Turns out I have a very large varicose vein in my scrotum feeding one of my nuts.
I suppose that's good news but walking around feeling like someone just kick me in the nuts five minutes till all the time is not so great

Not cancer , here I was thinking I was going to have to end up like Lance Armstrong a one nutter.
But I'm going to have to have surgery on my junk so I can keep on working and riding.
Anybody else here had that happen to them??
I stand 15-16 hrs. a day at work so simple pain management and the rest is not gonna work for me..

I've been a chef for 30 years. I'm more comfortable standing than sitting lol.
I had my surgery involved a catheter in my jugular and a micro surgical dohickey all the way down to there.
They embolized the vein essentially plugging it permanently.
1 week of bedrest to let thing " set"
My sack is now half the size it was before , like a nut lift. Lmao
So glad I got it done :)

take the time to heal, the riding isn't really that good right now anyways.

Yup have not rode yet but did do a litttle boarding at cypress yesterday with no ill after effects. Im giving the trails and my junk some more time now though. If this surgery fails me then I get much more invasive version of it involving clamping off the veins/vein which means incisions and stitches yikes.
