I rediscovered biking, so to speak, and I am at the moment only doing heavy swings (5x5, nearly everyday as in Pavel's "Greasing The Groove"), along with clean and press ladders, and bent presses.
This leaves gas in the tank for biking, improves my martial arts training (I guess it has something to do with the fairly explosive movement of the swing and the cleaning poart in the c+p) and I can still do other fun things in life without feeling to beaten and tired.
I have had quite a few allergic reactions in ther last few weeks, so I am not yet done with the swings, but my plan after it will be to try and focus on my upper body for purely shallow reasons of vanity. My arms are too thin. ;)
