Any experience with them? Good bad, any issues?

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

I quite like them. I haven't used mine in a few months because my back hasn't been acting up lately, but I find when my spine starts get twisted up (a regular occurrence since I fractured T8 [HTML_REMOVED] T10 years ago), it's as good as going to chiro.

That's just me though, I'd say it depends on what you're looking to get out of it and they're not for everyone. Some people can't handle the sensation of flipping upside down and just don't enjoy it because they tense up. If you can relax and do some stretching/exercise while you hang it's really helpful.

I ride bikes, when I can.

tried one a few times when my lower back was really bothering me, I have a slipped disc so it really helped relieve pressure and gave pretty immediate relief. I found that after 20 minutes it caused some weird pressure in my upper back though and I never got comfortable enough with that to go out and buy one. Not lifting things like an absolute goon and stretching properly from time to time seems to keep my issues in check so I just go that route.

I have a friend who broke is back skiing years ago and spends an hour a day on the inversion table and absolutely swears by it though so ymmv

Had nasty back pains for a few months. Tried Chiro, massage etc. and nothing worked.

Finally a friend lent me theirs and I used it for about 10 minutes at just a slight angle. Woke up the next morning fixed.

Have used it again one other time to fix some nasty persistent pain.

On a side note I forgot to set it properly and put the lock strap and when I leaned back I slammed pretty hard so don't do that. Safety first.

I finished Spinal Decompression Therapy about 2 months ago, very pricy but worth every cent. If nothing else works, try it.

Your 0.02 opinion is worthless. Since Feb 2013, pennies have to be rounded down. Sorry.

We love this thing!
I can see moving up to the boots and a bar for a full and free range of movement.
