Dry needling is a mother-fucker.
Did you do any regular self myofascial release after the sessions? I think the needling is a super-shortcut to rolling but as you mention, it's only temporary. I really think if I want to get older and to be able to move properly I'll need to work on my trigger points for the rest of my life.
Small price to pay, really.
Not looking forward to the needles next week.
