Apparently people think its highly under-rated.

Yes, wash your balls thoroughly with water and Borax. Then buff them to a glossy shine.

Borax! I use that shit on everything.

Still trying to figure out what you are getting at with this post?

Although it is great as a detergent on mtn bike clothing (mixed 60/40 with powdered laundry soap), it actually gets rid of the stink and keeps it from coming back quickly, which is a problem with polyesters.

I've used it as a pH buffer for my hot tub.
