what kettlebell weight did you start with and what are you at now

the article calls for a 24kg for men, and a 16kg for women I think. I only have a 28kg and a 40kg, so I've been using the 28kg. Using the same bell the whole time

Here's another gut busting/fat trimming challege that I plan to add to the weekly and or daily fitness routine. After I complete the plank challenge (If ?)
Its not a 30 day challenge , but a very cool quick work out.

Day 7 of planks, and I'm up to 60 seconds instead of 45. Lots of beergut weighing that down though.

I started this a few days ago. Follwing directions seemed like such a chick thing to do and as I man I went directly to 60s.

D1 60s
D2 70s
D3 80s
D4 90s
D5 90s
D6 1:45
D7 1:45

One more day until I get to 2:00

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

Brad have you noticed difference in your rides as far as condition and strength wise since you started planking ??

What if I can start at 3 minutes. It's painful and I feel like dying but I can barely manage if I put my mind to it.

Edit: I grossly overestimated my strength, and when testing it out at work (just now), could only manage 90 seconds before failure (without training mind you). So yeah, I think that I'll start on your 30 challenge.

LOL! If you can start at 90secs, maybe use the time listed on the page I posted. The one above ramps up slower.

We started on the original but had to modify the program to something closer to the second one.

How did 135s go? Did the "want" factor increase?
