Yeah bunny hopping could get interesting!

Or a big hit landing, we could go on…

just gonna add in that my trailer (airstream) has a wireless hydraulic braking system. It works like a charm, and beats my old electric brakes anyday, but has costly and heavy(for bike standards) going against it.

If they can get it to work without any lag and also with normal levers I think it may be ok.. That being said I don't reall see a point as hydraulic brakes are very reliable, just a bit of a faff to set up if you're not used to bleeding. I'd rather not have electric stuff on my bike though.

No hose would mean no fluid compression / hose expansion so in theory a more powerful brake. One would have to engineer some sort of 'feel' into the lever though.

I am sure if you rode a bike where you touch to shift(electronic shifting-here already and not far for mtb) and add pressure to the bar to brake that would be amazing…way better than the shifters and levers coming off bars now..it will be the future…and cool! The bar will also have another button for fork lock out and adjustable seat post, all without wires….yeah that would suck!

Therein lies the real challenge. I suppose you could get used to squeezing against a spring of a set rate though.

it worked with 99.999999999997 percent reliability

Yes, I'm sure they spun the wheel up to speed on a dyno and braked it a trillion times.

Nope, probably just tested switch connectivity which makes the whole brake charade all the more pointless.
