Air up your tires to spec,figure out your shonks and stop blaming your ride/lack of skill/trust in bike on not having the latest rim width/rim diameter/hub width/ flange size/bar width/chainring dimension/underoo design.

How many faust guys in mtb or bmx are getting results by putting more rubber on the ground at lower pressures?

zero.

Totally. But there are times when low pressures are faster. Its no joke, it has been tested (by xc wieners). Its obviously different in downhill racing as you need to smash shit and have your bike survive.
