Which North Shore bike shops are most likely to stock DT Swiss Competion Spokes?

Just found I broke one of my rear wheel spokes my last ride or maybe even just sitting and need a replacement DT Swiss Competition 2.0mm/1.8mm 266 or 267 mm J bend spoke. I'm guessing everyone is closed today (Boxing Day) but I'm hoping to avoid calling all around tomorrow.

Also wondering, mainly for future reference, do any North Shore bike shops have their own spoke thread rolling / cutting machine (Phil Wood etc.)  I think Fanatik in Bellingham does but don't know of anyone local.

Lynn Valley Bikes cuts their own spokes. Not sure what brand they use though.

I'm pretty sure steed would have competition spokes. Not sure about cutting them.
