It's harder to pick a bad bike these days than it is to get a good bike.

I rode a Norco Sight (carbon) with 150mm Pike and it was punching above it's weight class. For 2015 it looks like the Pike is stock.

You made a comment a few years back about the new 130-140mm Trail bikes being every bit as capable as their 160mm AM cousins. My short time on an alloy Sight 650b had myself in agreement with that statement. TrEnduro has saved for better or worse the 160mm bikes now.

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

I love my N3….it's a blast bike to ride and it climbs surprisingly fine…much better than my old NomadC…

New Transitions.

That is possibly the nicest Transition I've seen. Kapow!

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.

wait WHAT!? You're riding a bike without a dual crown fork???

Hell hath frozen over…

Only for the last 5 years. Range, Enduro, Spartan. DH bike left the stable a few months ago.

Wow the new transitions do look sweet. I'm retiring my '10 Remedy this fall after 4 great years. Now I also find myself overwhelmed by the options. Was really liking the 2015 reign advanced until I saw the HTA. 65 degrees is just too slack for me. My Remedy has a 68 HTA and I love the way it changes direction. I'm liking the '15 Process 134adl and new Remedy 9.

Is anyone riding the new RM altitudes? They are on the top of my list but never ridden one… Thinking about the rally edition.

Sounds like a good call… Can you ride pretty much everything on seymour and fromme comfortably on the sight?

Yes.

I raced the EWS in Whistler on the Sight.

The Sight Carbon framekit at $2700Cad with CC Inline is an incredible value. Nailed geometry as well. How does it climb Shirk? Fox 36 or Pike at 150 seems to be the ticket on that bike.

It seems like the new trend for 150/160mm bikes is to have the super slack head angles (65 or 65.5) - can anyone comment on how these bikes climb? The new Nomad falls into this category and everything I've read said the bike climbs pretty much as well as the Bronson. Is this true? Is this some sort of new magic geometry?

No magic geo exists yet! Good riding buddy of mine went from the old Nomad to the Bronson to the new Nomad and while the Nomad is an able climber, he says that it's definitely not the same. The Bronson apparently has a distinctively more "trail" feel both up and down (which is to say, pretty great for both), while the Nomad gives up some climbing for more mini-DH bike on the descents.
