For a knife, I carry a Leatherman Wave.
For first aid kit, I carry one of the Adventure Medical Kits (I'm not sure which model, which have to check when I get home and update).
I also carry a bunch of other assorted stuff like space blanket, tensor bandage, knee brace, duct tape, etc. I'll have to do an inventory.
