OK I have 2 forks here in my home. I have the 2005 Pike Team and 2005 Sherman Flick +. I ride DJ, Urban and light trail woth the highest drop of 5ft. I am not a smooth rider also. I was thinking of getting my 6in flick and reduce the travel to 3 1/2in and would be like a Sherman Jumper. Or just keep the Pike and reduce the travel when i want to. I like the features and adjustability of the Pike, but I am worried about strength. What would you do???

Do you keep any bike parts for more than 2 weeks? I swear you have a new post every couple days about some part.

Definitely. Buy another bike for the fork. :)

If you sell the pike you will be making some money since you got it for cost or whatever

Those two forks are awesome, The adjustments of the pike might be a better choice, so you can ajust it to what you want for what your riding. I'd keep both for the moment untill your sure what you want to do

Ride

I wouldn't keep the pike. They crack too easy after being hit by a car. ;)
