So I was curious if anyone here could recommend someone or some place that could repair my cracked rear triangle.
A welder and able to heat treat it after to get it back to T6 strength?
Both chainstays are almost cracked all the way threw now, just before the weld…
Warranty is up now.
Thank you.

Better off just replacing rear tri.

Freedom of contract. We sell them guns that kill them; they sell us drugs that kill us.

Well I found a company that specializes at welding aluminum yesturday. They rewelded it and added a gusset on both sides. They told me heat treating isn't required so I'm hoping for the best. I pick it up tomorrow and thrashing it on Saturday. Wish me luck.
I tried calling the bike manufacturer, left messages and emails with no reply.
I'll post back if I break it.

Yeah probably. W/o heat treating the drill at Rocky was to let it hang on the wall for 6/8 months to uh, "cure". The longer the better.

6-8 months or when warranty ran out which ever came first right.
