Weights changed on Marzocchi website?

Is it me or did the weights for the 55's on the Marz website used to be lower. I'm sure the 55 ATA was below 5lbs but is now listed at 2.343 gr/5.16 lbs. Are Marz finally stepping up and quoting accurate weights?

from what I've read the weights the first posted were sans steer tube so they were a bit misleading. Good to see them correcting this.

Yup, I usually like a steerer tube with my forks. As you say good to see them stepping up, though it means they aren't as close to the lightest forks in the 160mm range anymore.

Marz has been fairly accurate on their weights. You just have to read the details. It tells you if the steerer tube is not included in the listed weights. The steer tube weights are listed and the fork lists which steerer tube it has.

Thanks Dave, you don't have the link for the weights page by any chance?

I weighed a 888 ATA WC (phfewww) and sans upper crown and bolt-on stem it was 6.50 lbs. With the bits added, its well over 7 lbs.
