$90 for the Sugoi. No price on the RF site, I suspect it's more as there is more stuff zippers and stuff.

MEC has the RF Agent listed for $135.

You look at those shorts I posted on BookFace?

I have a pair but unable to test them out right now.

i have some from Endura , they work pretty well , shitty thing with waterproof clothing is you still sweat under it so you are still wet just not as soaked to the bone .

I have an older pair of the Enduro shorts and would buy them again - they work really well. Pockets are nicely sealed too.
They aren't that warm though, just a waterproof layer. And they run pretty small compared to most other shorts.

Found the Race face shorts wear out way too fast.
The Alpine stars have been good so far.

can you elaborate on "wear out"? do you mean the dwr wears off too fast? does the short material wear through? seams ripping? kind of a broad statement…

The Race Face shorts are new, so no one can really comment on them yet.

The Ambush shorts , my pervious winter go too's did tend to "wear out" in that the DWR coating would diminish over time.

However these new shorts are made with same material as the Chute Jacket which should make them awesome. I have 2 years with my Chute jacket and its water proof as can be and breathes well too.

Yeah sorry Flip,

The seams have come apart twice on the ambush shorts. The ass wore out way too quick for my liking. I took them back to MEC and replaced the second time with a lighter short. Those wore out just as fast. So no more RF shorts for this guy….

I like RF's stuff but I feel its a bit cheap. Who knows about the new ones coming out?
They seem to be made to break down. Its not like I wore them every time I ride, they get rotated in with the Alpine Stars, and Sombrio shorts which have stood up great. Just they are like sponges in the rain….

Hopefully I can find something for winter that stands up.

i hope they fit better then the Stage shorts do , the Velcro adjust waist is a waste of time , give me belts loops and a button snap . hell go back to the old ROACH design!!!

and when is someone going to come out with a waterproof jersey!!!
