curious how the enduras hold up long term. i've had 2 pairs of RF agents that both shed their seam tape in relatively short order; time to try something else.

My Altura muck pants have 4 seasons of muck riding and the seams are solid. There is some abrasion damage from mud caked knee pads rubbing. Other than that very impressed , they are a 3/4 length as well. No splashing up the leg with these.

these are them.

Do any Van-Whis shops have these Endura shorts in stock now?

I know Bicycle Sports Pacific carries a lot of Endura stuff - worth giving them a call.

been out in my agent pants a few times in the past couple weeks, a couple with pads, a bunch without....loving them so far, no problems with fit using dakine slayer pads, wouldn't mind if they were an inch or so longer in length, but they don't get hung up in the chain/ring so that's nice, will probably get some sealskinz socks as they only weak link now is feet!

Did my 1st ride in my Agent pants as well today. First thing I noticed when I put them on is. They feel short, but I adjusted the ankles and wished I had a smaller runners gaiter. I have to say after close to 500m of climbing and such with knee pads on. I didn't find any issues that needs addressing . On the trail I did notice the crotch area could be a bit snugger , I got caught on the nose of the saddle.

I think adjusting the waist and belt will help. I wear AM7 shoes and wear ankle height work socks and my feet are drier than wearing shorts.

Overall I am happy with the investment , big test will be the coming months.

I just got a pair of the short lightweight Bridgedale waterproof socks. They are pretty thick so they are too much for my summer shoes but perfect in my flat pedal shoes that are a bit loose in thin cycling socks. They are excellent. I wore them the last two days and was pretty wet both days and my feet were dry. I will get a second pair I think.

I wear these in the shorter version , get them soaked and still keep your feet warm.

I'm very pleased with Sweet Protection mudride shorts. It is very waterproof yet still breathable .

I have a pair of Endura MT500 shorts that are going on their 3rd season and they are still perfect. I had a set of Agents that 'lasted' about a month before the seam tape started to peel off. LVB carries Endura stuff.
