I have a chance to upgrade my Vanilla R to a DHX 3.0 for 150bucks.. (then i can sell the Vanilla R for 75 or so, the total cost of upgrade is:75)

Is it worth it?
how much better is the DHX3 than a Vanilla R?
and is 150 a good price?

Thanks for your input..

Yes. Worth every penny.

The DHX wiull blow you away. The 3 is still a great shock, it just has a few less adjustments that you would likely set and forget with the 5 anyway.

OK, now one more question.
I have a Haro X3.. what things do I have to check to make sure this will fit?
The ad says its a 9.5x3

I just check the numbers on my shock and make sure they are the same?? right?

Yep.

Match the eye-to-eye (the 9.5") and stroke (the 3").

Thats a really big shock…You sure thats right?

Sounds right to me, i work with Haros every day. They have some big ass shocks. But yea, double check, then triple check. Nothing is worse then getting the length or stroke wrong.
